Before creating Alder Packaging in 2022, Jerome held leadership positions at the world’s largest cosmetics companies, overseeing engineering, product development, and supply chain strategies.

As CEO of Alder, he assembled a team of industry experts dedicated to forward-thinking, environmentally responsible solutions. In his role, Jerome is creating synergies between packaging conglomerates and educating clients on sustainable processes.
